Here is a list of what we need to get started:
INCOME DOCUMENTS – Last year’s W2’s and two recent pay stubs. We also need to know if you have ANY additional source of income and what they are.
A COMPLETED EXPENSES AND ASSETS WORKSHEET FORM
HARDSHIP LETTER – Please explain in your own words what is causing the challenge with making your mortgage payment. If the hardship stems from the account either recently adjusting or about to adjusting upwards, please state that and the difficulty it will present.
AUTHORIZATION TO PULL CREDIT FORM - This is NOT a determining factor on whether or not you will qualify for a loan modification. Again, adverse credit does NOT disqualify you from a loan modification. The only reason we pull this is because your lender is going to, and we want to make sure no stone is unturned before we present your case to your lender.
